In an ongoing effort to provide quality wireless service, Verizon Wireless has identified your community as one that will benefit from improved network coverage.
Milestone Communications is proposing a wireless telecommunications facility at George Mason High School, addressed 121 Mustang Alley, Falls Church, VA 22043.
The proposal is for a 140-foot field light replacement pole and will include ground equipment required to operate the facility.
This equipment will be located at the base of the structure in a secure fenced area. Verizon Wireless will be the first wireless carrier to locate on the proposed tower.

1. Due Diligence
Survey, FAA, FCC, NEPA, Phase 1, Geotechnical Analysis.
2. Land Use
Special Use Permit Application, Community Meeting, Staff Review, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals.
Conduct Bid Walk With Contractors and school representatives, submit Site Plan and Building Permit applications.
Tower construction = 4-6 weeks | Carrier construction = 4-6 weeks on average
On-site supervision by Construction Manager | Schedule with schools to minimize disturbance to student activities.
5. Site Maintenance
Four visits per year for site maintenance | Remove trash, debris, check signage.
Annual RF testing | 2-4 visits per year for carrier modifications.
